Description
The Department of Racing Gaming and Liquor employs approximately 125 staff, including 26 employees with managerial responsibility. The Department recently embarked on a period of significant transformation. This not only encompasses a new organisational structure and Executive team but also revised business practices, new business systems, cultural change and an increasing emphasis on leadership capability.
Quotations are sought from organisations that are in a position to design and deliver a leadership development strategy for executives, middle management and team leaders. This customised program will focus on professional behaviour in the context of the organisation’s ideal culture and the role of managers in leading and facilitating cultural change.
The contract is initially for 12 months, with an option for a further two 12 month contracts.
