‘Watchman Property’ Coromandel Valley
The City of Onkaparinga is seeking an experienced operator to lease and redevelop the “Watchman
Property” on Main Road at Coromandel Valley.
The Watchman Property is part of a proposed Heritage Precinct within the town centre of Coromandel Valley &
as part of the proposed Sturt River Linear Trail.
Council has initiated this process to identify parties with an interest in the property for uses which may
include a café, restaurant, tourism outlet, cellar sales or other like uses.
