Description
The Visitor Management Unit and Commercial Services Branch have previously identified a number of business issues, and potential opportunities for improvement in relation to the management of DEWNR tourism and recreation attractions and activities.The department is planning to implement an online booking capability as a means to contribute to the resolution of the operational issues and also expand the use of online booking systems in the department to include additional tourism and recreation-related services and facilities. Tenders are invited to submit a bid for the following:
- An Online Booking System – either hosted or in-house
- Services, if required, to install, tailor, configure the solution
- Services, if required, to assist with data conversion
- Services, if required, to assist with interface development
- Services, if required, to deliver training
- Ongoing support and maintenance
