Description
The City of Playford is proposing to extend the existing office building and associated infrastructure / civil works at the Davoren Park Service Centre, Bishopstone Road, Davoren Park.
The proposed office building will include the refurbishment of the existing building and construction of a new building addition. The total office building area is approximately 2700m2 of which the new building addition is 1800m2.
The City of Playford is now seeking registration of Interest from qualified building companies to undertake the construction of the office building addition and associated civil works at the Davoren Park centre.
