Emissions reduction program – LED Lighting Installation at Kingston Centre

Monash Health seeks to engage a suitable contractor for the replacement replacing existing lights with LED lighting at Kingston Centre in 2021

The key deliverable of this tender is to provide a full turnkey solution for the upgrade of existing street and carpark lighting to LED technology at the Monash Health Kingston Centre. The upgrades to the Monash Health Kingston Centre site are to be carried out under the Victorian Energy Upgrade (VEU) program (formerly the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) scheme) , and in line with the Essential Services Commission Building Based Lighting Upgrade Guide and Non-building Based Lighting Upgrade Guide.

Scope:

The key deliverable of this project is the completion of these works on time and within the allocated budget. Based on the complexity of the project it has been determined to appoint a single contractor to achieve the following objectives:

• Timely completion of works
• Ensure quality of works at each stage of the project
• Manage the effort and risk relating to engagement of multiple contractors
• Control project cost
