Provision of Employee Assistance Program (EA) Services - Australia-wide and Internationally.

Finance seeks tender responses from companies, with an established organisational experience as EAP provider, who possess relevant professional qualifications and membership (or eligibility for membership of relevant professional associations) to provide EAP services for the purpose of:
a) standard non-urgent, confidential counselling services – in-person and/or by telephone, made available to Finance’s ongoing, non-ongoing and casual staff members and their immediate family members;
b) trauma/critical incident counselling – by telephone and in person, made available to Finance’s ongoing, non-ongoing and casual staff members and their immediate family members; and
c) additional EAP services on an ad hoc basis, if required, including but not limited to: mediation and conflict resolution, development and delivery of brief EAP presentations at new starters’ orientation sessions, specialist training and psychological assessments.

The successful Tenderer will be required to provide written reports containing statistical data, analysis and recommendations in relation to utilisation rates, trends, issues, etc., as well as marketing, promotional, training (if required) and advisory services.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate that they are able to provide of the specified EAP services Australia-wide and internationally.
