The Supply and Delivery of Stores and Stationery Products

The successful Tenderer will have the capability and capacity to provide the following Services:

• a comprehensive range of stores and stationery supplies;
• a strong commitment to customer service and demonstrated experience in dealing with large corporate entities;
• a secure on-line ordering system, including telephone support;
• capacity to provide delivery services to the Treasury and its Nominated Agencies, within agreed timeframes;
• delivery services between the business hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays);
• delivery services to identified drop-off points for each office location, which will require delivery staff to have an appropriate security clearance at the minimum level of ‘Highly Protected’; and
• account management, including but not limited to, usage reports, product updates and client management.
