Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4. Work consists of the refit of public staff areas including internal demolition, making good, new joinery, partitions, ceilings and associated electrical, mechanical and security work. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
