Provision of Court Reporting Services for the Federal Court of Australia

The Federal Court of Australia is a superior court of record, and a record of law and equity that sits in all capital cities (and elsewhere) in Australia.

The Court invites expressions of interest (EOIs) from vendors for the provision of national *court reporting services; and on an as required basis, to provide to the Court (and Litigants) Real-Time recording and transcription services.

The vendor must be able to deliver the national court reporting services, and the vendor should also be able to provide the Real-Time services. However, the Court may consider applications where a sub-contractor to the vendor may supply Real-Time services on their behalf.

The vendor is also requested to give details as to what Transcription Analysis Application that it will supply to the Court for the Real-Time Transcription purposes, taking into account that the Court's own technology environment is as follows:

Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office desktop applications on VM Ware, SQL for databases and Sharepoint as its collaborative software application for its Document Management and Electronic Court File systems.
