Systemitisation of enterprise risk logging and monitoring, with associated approval processes, workflows, aggregation, and reporting and visualisation for the Department of Customer Service Internal Audit - Audit Planning, Audit Execution, Audit Review, Link to Risk Solution for Department of Customer Services Incident management (already in place). The contract was for the development and implementation of the CURA system to manage enterprise risks and also has functionality to add modules for audit functions. The Cura risk system has an annual maintenance service fee anniversary each 1 Nov. There is no end date in the contract due, annual maintenance can be terminated with 30 days notice.
