BCA/PCA Consultant to support the Powerhouse Ultimo Redevelopment Project - INSW3541

The Service Provider must support the design team in an iterative, creative and fast-track design process via the provision of the following deliverables: • Provision of all BCA consulting services required to design and document the project including but limited to: o Review of documentation at each phase as identified in the table above and preparation of BCA report o Participation in design meetings and providing advice on BCA compliance o Updating BCA report at each phase identified above • Provision of certification services for the project including but not limited to: o Developing certification strategy o Implementing agreed certification strategy to completion of the project and final occupation o Undertake all required site inspections
