Description
DCS is undertaking a program of work to create a Single Digital Front Door, which will leverage Service Now to centralise key services, tools and information DCS and GovConnect employees need to do their day to day jobs. This program of work will provide services that release capacity, reduce risk and uplift experience across multiple Corporate Services functions including People and Culture, Finance, Workplace Services, Procurement, GRP, CIO and CISO. This contract engages CapGemini as an authorised Service Now implementation partner to work alongside our internal design and business partners to complete the program of work.
