Purchase Order Disclosure – The Service Provider will provide> Positron emission topography (PET)/CT imaging services - All other Nuclear Medicine examinations - tele-radiology reporting for Medical Imaging studies performed at Calvary Hospital while the Public patient is an inpatient in Calvary Hospital (Wagga Wagga) - The following examinations will be completed on a best endeavours basis and as such will not have an associated timeframe for booking: - Bone Density (DEXA) - Diagnostic Mammography
