Description
The Procurement Services Unit of the Department of Justice and Attorney (DJAG) invites tenders from contractors to undertake Refurbishment Works to Level 1 of the Southport Courthouse at Hinze St, Southport.
PQC Level 2 Contractors. Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the Tenderer is registered under the Queensland Government’s PQC system for that PQC level (or higher) and the categories for which the tender is invited and current at the time and date at which Tenders were closed.
DETAILED FLOOR PLANS - Release of
Due to security considerations, detailed floor plans will only be released after a Tenderer has completed and returned to the Procurement Contact mentioned above a duly signed Deed of Confidentiality titled 06 Floor Plan Release Deed available here for download. Upon receipt of the Deed the documents will be released.
