This tender advertisement relates to the South East Queensland (SEQ) call for Soft Facilities Management (FM) - Cleaning and Horticultural Services across 7 packages. In total, there are 5 Cleaning and 2 Horticultural packages. These packages are in addition to the tenders for Cleaning and Horticulture released in SEQ during March 2016.

Offerors are to note that this tender contains a number of mandatory site walkthroughs for various contract packages contained within. It is imperative that offerors attend these site walkthroughs during the tendering period at the times nominated for their offer to be considered. These walkthroughs also require that offerors book a ticket through Eventbrite via this link (http://www.eventbrite.com.au/o/building-and-asset-services-bas-south-east-queensland-region-8437670119) or via the links included with the tenders documentation.

General Industry Briefing Details:

Building and Asset Services (BAS) undertook eight (8) Industry Briefing Sessions in SEQ during September 2015 for upcoming Hard and Soft Facilities Management tenders covering multiple categories, including services relevant to this tender. A further four (4) sessions were undertaken specific to Soft FM during February 2016 in the lead up to the release of this tender. This session included helpful information about the tender and a hands on guide of the workbooks used in this tender.
