The ULDA is currently calling for Expressions of Interest from Licensed Real Estate Agents to represent the ULDA on the Tannum Sands UDA project; a multi staged 840 lot subdivision, located on Dahl Road, Tannum Sands.
The appointment will provide a person to be the ULDA’s initial sales and information contact for the Tannum Sands UDA development and will coordinate the sales process with select builder partners and land purchasers.
