Nursery Road Special School Amenities Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of two amenities facilities at Nursery Road Special School, located at 49 Nursery Road, Holland Park QLD 4121 as part of the targeted maintenance program.

The refurbishment work includes the complete renovation of two amenities areas within two separate buildings, including new flooring, new walls, painting, new sanitary fittings and fixtures and new PWD toilets. Due to the nature of the works all building works are to be completed by 25 January 2019

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
