Description
The Department of Justice and Attorney General has issued this Invitation to Offer with a view to establishing a Master Services Agreement with a range of one (1) ) to three (3) Transcription Suppliers, to provide transcripts of Queensland courts and tribunals under two separate Statements of Work (SOW) (a Transition Services SOW and a Transcription Services SOW). The Department is seeking Suppliers who are experienced in the delivery of transcription services, particularly in the context of a court and tribunal environment, with a proven track record for operating in this context.

UPDATE 12 NOVEMBER 2019
The Department will hold a briefing session at 1.30pm AEST on 15 November 2019 at 415 George Street, Brisbane, Qld 4000. The purpose of this briefing will be to answer Supplier questions in relation to this ITO. Suppliers are required to submit their questions to [email hidden] by COB Thursday 14 November 2019. Suppliers may also ask questions on the day however they may be taken on notice and answered in the form of an Addendum.
It is not mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer.
Suppliers are required to register by COB 13 November 2019 to attend the briefing session, and may nominate up to 3 people to attend in person. Alternatively, Suppliers may register to attend via teleconference, with details to be provided. Suppliers should provide their details to [email hidden].
The contents of the briefing session will be uploaded on QTenders in the form of an Addendum. Additionally, Suppliers are able to submit questions for clarification until 3 December 2019.
