Description
Mackay Regional Council is seeking to undertake landscape and irrigation construction in Iluka Park off Binnington Esplanade, East Mackay in order to complete construction of stage 2 of a 2 stage project.
The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, August 2009, applies to this project. This document can be viewed at the Australian Government website www.deewr.gov.au/building
