Production of Technical & Training Audio-Visual Material

It is anticipated that consultants may be required to provide the following services:

1.Produce a variety of technical, training and promotional audio-visual materials. Such material may include, but is not limited to:
1.1 High-resolution broadcast standard audio and visual material for training purposes
1.2 Innovative and value added services, advice and materials to enhance the effective delivery of training materials, e.g. DVDs, CDs, interactive multimedia and printed materials
1.3 Provision of materials suitable for web-based applications and streaming of audio, video and/or interactive multimedia to remote areas

2. Provide a high level of expertise both visually and technically to provide significant value add to projects and end products
3. Provide advice on new developments and new technologies that may streamline and enhance training options across the Department
4. Provide raw and edited content in full for each project to E&T in electronic format
