The expected deliverables within scope include the following: · Program / Project management · Aboriginal Workforce Program management and implementation · Developing a strategy to meet the unique needs of remote communities and support the governance structure of the Murdi Paaki RAHLA · Bathroom and kitchen refurbishments · Internal and external painting · Conducting general repairs to improve the condition of the homes · Replacing or upgrading floor coverings · Installing or repairing fences around the properties · Upgrading electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality · Improving sewer, plumbing, water, stormwater, and guttering systems · Replacing roofs to enhance durability and safety · Recladding the exterior and replacing windows Air conditioners – replacement or repair.
