ADDENDUM 2 - WEDNESDAY 16/12/2020 1:50pm

This addendum 2 has been created to align the wording of the Compulsory and Separable Portions of the Tender in the QTender Overview with the wording in the CQU tender document(see adjustments below highlighted).

Respondents can choose to supply a response on only the Compulsory or both the Compulsory and Separable Portions of the Tender.

ADDENDUM 1 - FRIDAY 11/12/2020 10:33pm

This addendum 1 has been created to add the Schedule 1, 2 and 3 response documents (titled "CQU RFQ Response Form.docx") to the uploaded files.

This addendum 1 also clarifies that the "Goods and Services Agreement - Track Changes.docx" is the Contractual document referred to in the tender documents. Any proposed departures to the terms should be marked up by the respondent and included with a tender response.

CQUniversity Australia is seeking Quotations for the Supply, Installation and relevant Training for Markforged Metal Printer equipment.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

• Markforged Metal X Printer
• Markforged Wash-1 Station
• Markforged Sinter-2
• Markforged Customer Success Plan - 1 year for the above items

• Mark Two (Gen 2) Composite Printer
• Markforged Customer Success Plan - 3 years for the above item

• Freight for all items to CQUniversity Rockhampton QLD
• Australian Customs and Border Protection Fees
• Training in the use of the equipment
• Warranty of items
• Delivery and installation of all equipment by 26 February 2021

SEPARABLE PORTION 1

• Mark Two (Gen 2) Composite Printer
• Markforged Customer Success Plan - 3 years for the above item
• Extension of the Markforged Sinter 2 Bundle Customer Success Plan to 3 years
