Description
Queensland Rail has a requirement for an external testing company to conduct alcohol and other drugs testing services throughout the organisation as per the company’s policy. The policy details many circumstances of testing which include random, for cause and upon suspicion, post incident/accident and return to work following an initial positive test result. All tests conducted include a breath test for alcohol and an oral fluids test for other drugs.
Under this RFO process, the respondents shall supply and demonstrate to Queensland Rail their capability to supply similar services which meet the generic requirements detailed under the specification document supplied in this RFO.
