Sunnybank Hills SS - Amenities Block 3 (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing Amenities Block 3 at Sunnybank Hills SS, located at 77 Symons Rd, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
