**UPDATE**: An error has occurred and the document - CQUIRQ-23-9-DFM Addendum 02.pdf has been incorrectly applied to this project (it is meant for the Rockhampton variant of this project). Please disregard the information in the CQUIRQ-23-9-DFM Addendum 02.pdf under Specifications Document. The tender close date will remain extended to 17:00 on the 14th of March, 2023.

CQUniversity are seeking quotations from suitably qualified HVAC companies for the upgrade of current air-conditioning BMS systems at the Bundaberg Campus. The planned upgrades will be across four (4) buildings in total.

For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review the "Procurement Invitation Form IFWQ" in "Schedule 4 – Scope of Requirements and Specifications" pages 8 of 9 and at the following link.

It is a mandatory requirement for tenderers to attend the site meeting as detailed below to be a conforming tender.
