CQUniversity - Elevator Comprehensive Maintenance and Services

CQUniversity is seeking Proposals for a panel of suppliers to undertake comprehensive maintenance and servicing on CQU's fleet of elevators. Comprehensive maintenance package shall include parts & labour except in case of malicious damage or vandalism.

Central Queensland University wishes to source quotations from suitability qualified & licenced Lift servicing companies to provide a comprehensive maintenance of lifts on the nominated campuses.

The comprehensive maintenance package should include all parts & labour except in case of malicious damage , vandalism or natural disasters and comply with requirements of all relevent Australian standards, State & legislative requirements & industry best practice.

Emergency response via 24 hours emergency phone monitored by Call Centre. Emergency response to entrapment within 30mins and to lift breakdown within 2 hours at all sites regardless of location.

Include

• Quarterly invoicing in arears. Single itemised invoice per billing period.
• Quarterly report confirming works undertaken against agreed KPIs, raising any issues and general contract comments.
• All works to be captured in the CQU Archibus system by contractor. CQU will help setup planned maintenanace routines and train up to 3 contractor staff. Archibus is web based system.
• Initial survey at contract commencement to advise any urgent safety, disbility access or compliance issues.
• Competative quotation to upgrade existing emergency land line lift phones to dual sim mobile units as required.
• Annual Condition audits complete with cost estimates for upgrade & rectification must be supplied in July each year to facilitate budget planning
• Safe to operate statements must be supplied for each lift under service in December each year to allow plant registration renewals to be completed

Note:Successful respondent must sign a contract with CQUniversity before any goods or services are provided. Attached is our template Equipment Parts and Maintenance Contract, which will form the basis contract for any resultant transaction.
