Description
TAFE Tasmania is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced non-profit, community organisations to lease the premises and operate its child care centre at its Clarence Campus. Expressions of interest will need to address the following general areas: Ability and competence; Ability to provide comprehensive child care services to the community; Commercial viability; Agreement to the terms and conditions of the lease developed by TAFE Tasmania; Transition plan from the existing operator; Capacity to retain existing staff; and Value adding services.
