Gardening Services for Mineral House, Carlisle Complex, Bentley and Dianella Premises

The Department of Mines, Energy, Industry Regulation and Safety requires a single contractor to provide scheduled and ad hoc (as and when required) gardening services at the sites listed below:

• Mineral House 100 Plain Street, East Perth WA 6004;

• Carlisle Complex 37 Harris Street, Carlisle WA 6101;

• Storage Facility 17 Catherine Street, Bentley WA 6102; and

• Dianella (cleared site) 15 Harold Street, Dianella WA 6059.

A combination of services (regular and ad hoc) is required at each of the four (4) sites.
