Description
The Department of Finance (the Customer) is seeking consultancy services for an accredited PRINT® (PRINT) coach to administer and facilitate PRINT surveys and debriefs to its staff. The Customer’s staff are Western Australian Public Sector employees in substantive roles.
The Customer is seeking an accredited coach to uncover unconscious motivators that drive the actions of their individual staff members. By uncovering unconscious motivators, it helps the individual understand their positive and productive behaviours (best self) and potential shadow behaviours (unproductive, negative and automatic). It also identifies their unique triggers, how to avoid them and ways to recover quickly.
