Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Tool

The Department of Health (the ?Customer?) requires a solution for a Strategic Portfolio Management tool (?SPM tool?). The SPM tool is to be cloud/internet based and meet the functional requirements including, but not limited to those, outlined in Schedule 2. The WA Government ICT Strategy is shifting from asset-focused IT management to a consumption-based service model. The strategy has included comprehensive digital security, data classification, business continuity and disaster recovery, and cloud policies. As a preference, the Department of Health, seeks to procure a solution through a licence/subscription-based model as opposed to purchase of a solution integrated and hosted within the WA Health digital environment.
