Wangaratta Sisley Avenue Railway Crossing Watermain Replacement

This Request for Tender (RfT) seeks to engage a Principal Contractor to deliver the construction of a section of water transfer main in Wangaratta, Victoria. The scope involves approximately 270m of DN560 HDPE pipe to replace an existing section underneath the North East Railway Line and along Tone Road. The works are located on land managed by Vic Roads, Vic Track and Rural City of Wangaratta.
An existing water main will be diverted to a new alignment away from Sisely Avenue. The complex design requires a combination of open trenching, horizontal directional drilling and pipe jacking to complete the project under a council road, open space, national rail corridor and Vic Roads major road.
The scope of works includes final approvals and the supply of all materials, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the works.
