Development of Transport Master Plan

^{The District Council of Mount Barker has and is continuing to experience significant growth, in particular within the townships of , Littlehampton and Nairne. The has a strong tourism focus attracting a very high number of visitors to the area each year. There is also strong growth in the region and as a regional centre attracts visitors from outside the district.}

^{Council has recently rezoned parcels of land for residential development and this will see the creation of an additional 2500 allotments with increased demands on transport infrastructure.}
