Description
Tenders are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing a Two Storey Temporary Structure for Hairpin as required for the 2017-2019 Clipsal 500 Adelaide Event with an option to include the Events in 2020 and 2021. The structure is to be utilised as a trackside Corporate facility.
The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following as detailed in the Two Storey Temporary Structure for Hairpin Tender document:
- Supply, install and eventual dismantle of a two storey structure with a maximum footprint of 30m x 10m in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and other relevant Australian Standards;
- Coordination/protection of existing services as required to facilitate the build and dismantle;
- Structure to have open balconies on both levels;
- Transport of all plant, materials and the structure to and from site, as well as off-site storage of these items;
- Accredited engineering and installation certification; and
- Standby crew to undertake maintenance as required/requested throughout the Event period.
