Description
This Request is for the supply of Denture Teeth to various Dental Health Service sites on a consignment basis. Consignment will be to thirteen (13) adult dental clinics located in both metropolitan and country areas. These sites include: Armadale, Bunbury, Cockburn, Fremantle, Morley, Rockingham, Swan, Warwick, Albany, Victoria Park (Liddell), Mt Henry, Joondalup and Hedland with consideration for clinic both Metro and Country to be added over the lifetime of the contract.
