Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Mainroads WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified Mechanical Services Contractors to undertake the Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services for the properties listed below, in accordance with the provided specifications.
- Don Aitken Centre, Cnr Waterloo & Plain Street, East Perth
- Traffic Operations Centre, 18 Newcastle Street, Perth
- Materials Engineering Branch, 5-9 Colin Jamieson Drive, Welshpool
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 2.00pm on Thursday, 29 May 2014, meeting at the Entrance of the Don Aitken Centre, Cnr Waterloo & Plain Street, East Perth, WA.
