The Department of Finance, Building Management and Works (BMW / The Principal) manages various routine maintenance service contracts on behalf of other State Government Departments/Agencies (Public Authorities) throughout Western Australia.

This Tender is for the provision of Routine Maintenance of Playground Equipment located at Department of Education Sites in the Midwest and Gascoyne Region as specified in accordance with the terms and conditions for an initial period of two (2) years with three (3) one (1) year extension options, exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Principal.

The work performed under this Contract comprises the inspection, testing and reporting on Playground Equipment at nominated premises within the Mid West and Gascoyne Regions.

'Routine Maintenance' does not include the repair of Playground Equipment identified as being faulty.

The focus of the inspections should be on maintenance issues (not compliance issues).
