Description
Part D - Draft Terms and Conditions only includes 45 Clauses. While, Part E - Response Schedules seeks the Tenderers compliance to Clause 46 and 47. Therefore no response is required for these Clauses when responding to Part E.
Three zipped files recently uploaded contain Microsoft Excel files with 30 minute consumption data (based on 2008/2009 financial year) for each of the 12 and 24 hour Unmetered Lighting NMIs;
