Council is looking to appoint a professional, experienced and resourceful company to outsource architectural and drafting services work on Council owned buildings. The services to provide ongoing advice on architectural and drafting services, minor engineering works, colour schemes, prepare concept plans and documentation for planning and building consent, conduct essential and DDA inspections to produce adequate upgrade plans for buildings to comply with current legislative requirement of Building Code of Australia.
