Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the supply and installation of perimeter fencing and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for West Greenwood Primary School.

Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 20 April 2012.

Documents will be available for pickup between 9.00am and 4.00pm on
Monday 23 April and Tuesday 24 April 2012

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Thursday 26 April 2012 at West Greenwood Primary School Coolibah Drive Greenwood.

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.

Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.

Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.

Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 10 May 2012.
