Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Patient Meals Rethermalisation and Ward Delivery System to Albany Health Campus

WA Country Health Service-Great Southern is seeking Offers for the supply, installation and commissioning of a system of mobile equipment for the ward based rethermalisation and delivery of cook chill patient meals to ward areas across the new Albany Health Campus in Western Australia.
The systems will cater for the handling of cook chilled foods from cold rooms to patient wards. Patient meals are plated in temperature modified facilities and are to be held on trolleys in the kitchen cold rooms. The rethermalisation will take place on the wards. The required delivery systems are to have the capacity to re-heat plated foods whilst maintaining the temperature of cold food portions of the meal. The equipment will be mobile and will have the capacity to maintain temperature control throughout the reheating, waiting and delivery processes.
