Administration Building Upgrade Works

Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the administration building upgrade works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Gladys Newton School
Tenderers will need to register their interest with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by than 4.00pm Wednesday 12 December 2012.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Thursday 13 December 2012 at Gladys Newton School, 93 Balga Avenue, Balga.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 16 January 2013.
