The purpose of this Request for Consultancy is to seek a reasonably qualified Traction Power and Electrical Contract Surveillance Officer, in an electrified railway environment, to assist the Traction Power Project Manager for the D&C contractor’s establishment of construct contracts, tests and commissioning and the implementation of traction power, SCADA and Nowergup yard lighting upgrade electric supplies associated works as required by the Joondalup Line Extension to Butler.
