Kalgoorlie Regional Town Bus Services

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) seeks the services of an appropriately experienced and qualified service provider to provide the Kalgoorlie Regional Town Bus Service, commencing on the 9th October 2011 and expiring on the 8th October 2021.
This Request for Tender (RFT) contains detailed specifications on the service levels required to provide the Services from the Commencement Date. Tenderers are not required to demonstrate how they would implement changes to the Services at contract commencement. However, the Contractor is expected to proactively and continuously review services to maximise the cost effectiveness of service delivery and to improve patronage during the contract term. All service changes should be well planned and considered and comply with Regional Town Bus Services planning principles.
