SAP Development, Support and Maintenance Services

IP Australia is currently using SAP ECC 5.0 as the basis for its financial management information system (FMIS). The system supports a number of core financial functions for the organisation by way of general ledger, controlling, assets, purchasing and payables, receipting, sales and distribution, as well as management and financial reporting, plus a number of in-house developed systems. IP Australia also uses SAP Business Connector 4.8 and SAP XI 3.0 for some system integration and SAP BW 3.5 for management reporting. The ERP system interfaces with a number of business systems for the purpose of collecting financial information related to IP Australia’s fee determination and processing.
The scope of this contract will include the ongoing development, maintenance and support of ECC 5.0.
The purpose of this RFT is to obtain responses from suitably experienced organisations interested in assisting IP Australia in the long term development, maintenance and support of its SAP system. We require firms with proven ongoing development, maintenance and support services.
The emphasis is the long term ongoing development, maintenance and support of the system.
