Pacific Maritime Security Program Acquisition of Non-Military Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles - Deed of Standing Offer.

The UAVs will form part of the Enhanced Aerial Surveillance Program announced by the Australian Government in 2022. This capability will be acquired by the Commonwealth and provided as gifted assets to the Pacific Island Countries and Timor-Leste in response to these nations requesting UAVs to meet their current and future maritime security needs.

This RFT has been prepared utilising the ASDEFCON (Standing Offer for Goods) template, with an overview of material amendments to the template identified in the Matrix of Changes at Attachment A to this letter. While all care was taken by the Commonwealth in preparing Attachment A, it is a summation and therefore may not be complete and accurate. You should not exclusively rely on Attachment A to identify template changes in the RFT and should exercise independent skill and judgement in reading and understanding the RFT and in preparing your tender.
