Description
- The consultancy services required involve the undertaking of stakeholder satisfaction surveys in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The Department’s previous stakeholder surveys will provide the basis for the surveys. It is expected that 1,800 to 2,000 interviews will be conducted across the three surveys.
- The objective of the consultancy is the conduct, analysis and reporting of three rigorous stakeholder satisfaction questionnaires, one in each year of 2009, 2010 and 2011. The results of these surveys will provide the Department with a useful barometer of how well Division's within the Department are interacting with their stakeholders, and to give a Departmental benchmark against which Divisions can measure their performance.
- The survey will build on the work of previous stakeholder satisfaction surveys. To the extent possible, the specific questions asked in previous surveys will be repeated in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 surveys to provide an indication of trends in stakeholder views. However, some quantitative and open-ended questions may be added.
- The data will be collected at the activity level, allowing the results to be aggregated to the outcome level for performance monitoring and reporting, and on a division/branch basis to assist in identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- The Department’s requirements are set out in more detail in Schedule 1.
- Any contract entered into as a result of this RFT will be based on the Draft Form of Contract. However, the Department may vary the terms and conditions (see clause 26(a).
