Description
The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) seeks the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake roof structure remediation works and resheeting as required on the Governors Residence at Hotel Rottnest, twenty-eight cabins and three luggage shelters at Caroline Thomson precinct and the Basin ablution.
The RIA will also take this opportunity to include in the scope, inspection and remediation of the electrical distribution network and wiring within the roof cavities of individual buildings where they are found to be non-compliant and requires any works to be documented and relevant certificates issued.
