Provision of a Community Care Unit Service and Facility

The Mental Health Commission (MHC) is seeking a suitable Service Provider to establish a state-wide CCU in the Perth metropolitan area. CCUs are contemporary mental health community bed-based services, and this will be the first CCU in WA. The CCU proposed in this procurement is to utilise existing facilities within the community to deliver this new service. Adequate and appropriate infrastructure needs to be available for an estimated start date of May 2021, the MHC may provide limited, one-off capital funding to assist in meeting any potential refurbishment costs associated with meeting licensing requirements and for the fit out of the facility.
