Demolition of approximately 3,000m2 tiled roof and replacement with metal roof sheeting and associated gutters and downpipes.
It is expected to award a contract in August 2020. Works are to proceed in 2 areas based on staged site possession - Area 1 commencing 23 November 2020 and Area 2 commencing 18 December 2020. All works are to be completed by 29 January 2021
