FLINDERS MEDICAL CENTRE – CRITICAL CARE MEDICINE UNIT

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 1. The work comprises the construction of a 1600m2 critical care medicine unit comprising post-tensioned concrete structure and incorporating two 12 bed intensive care units, an undercroft plant room and a landscaped courtyard slab above and refurbishment of 600m2 of existing accommodation as office and support facilities. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 1 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
